The bobbin
Turned from alder wood — lightweight, smooth, and sized to fit a standard winding jig or sit flat on the bench. Not a throwaway plastic spool. Keep it, refill it, or use it as a form.
Where it goes
Motor rewinding, transformer coils, electromagnet builds, relay repair, and anywhere you need a reliable Class 200 wire that won't let go under heat. Heavy build means extra insulation wall thickness — more margin between turns, more forgiveness on tight winding radii.
